Registering your new Globe SIM card online is an important step to ensure your phone is secure and works well. Globe Sim Registration keeps your account secure by collecting your personal information when you register your SIM.

This prevents bad people from using your phone for illegal purposes. Furthermore, it makes it easier for Globe Telecom to assist you if there is a problem with your service. Globe’s SIM card registration process is quick and easy, and it only needs to be done once. With a Globe SIM Card, you can enjoy all the advantages of your phone without any worries.

Registrating and verifying your SIM card registration Globe is required under the new Globe Com PH SIM Registration Online Act (Republic Act 11934). SIM card globe registration is simple: users need to click on the registration link and fill out the form online.

SIM Card Globe Registration requires:

  • Name:
  • Birthdate
  • The nationality of
  • Photo of a Selfie
  • Valid ID card/nationally accepted ID card with corresponding ID number
  • Globe SIM card
  • Globe number that is active
  • The passport
  • ID of Bir
  • Clearance from the NBI
  • ID number for the PRC
  • ID number for OWWA
  • ID of IBP
  • A valid driver’s license
  • Card of National Identification
  • ID of the voter
  • SSS ID (Social Security Number)
  • Card with UMID
  • Identification card for seniors
  • Id for PhilHealth

Visit the Globe Sim Registration website.
Register now by clicking on the button below.

  • Enter your 10-digit Globe mobile number below.
  • Click Register and enter your mobile number.
  • You will receive a one-time OTP to your registered number in your messages.
  • Take action within 5 minutes of receiving the OTP.
    • You will continue to the next main step of signing up after your OTP has been verified.
    • Your name, ID, gender, address, and nationality should be filled in.
    • Upload your government ID along with a clear selfie.
    • Click the attach button to upload your ID.
    • The photo and ID image should not exceed 2MB. Try compressing your selfie if you have problems.
    • If you agree with Globe’s privacy notice, check the box.
    • To complete the registration, click the submit button.
    • You will receive a reference number after registering.

    Globe SIM will send you a confirmation message once your SIM has been registered. If you are unsure, you can send SIMREG to 8080. A confirmation message will then be sent to you.

    As an alternative, you can:

    • Simply dial *143# and press the call button.
    • You will see a menu with different options. Select the SIM registration or verification option.
    • Follow the instructions to enter your personal information such as your name, address, and birth date.
    • Please confirm your details. A text message will confirm that your SIM was successfully verified once the process is complete.

    Open the GlobeOne app on your Android or iPhone to register your Globe SIM. In the Home section, you will find the option to Register your SIM.

    Sign up for a Globe SIM by entering your phone number. In the app, click the Register SIM button. You will receive an OTP code on your phone.

    After clicking the Let’s Start button, the registration process will begin. For security, verify your phone number with the OTP. Click “Next” after filling out the form.

    Choose an appropriate ID type to verify your identity. These IDs are acceptable:

    • Card from ACRI (from BI)
    • The AEP (from the DOLE)
    • BIR ID
    • Registrar of Boards
    • Registration Certificate
    • License for driving
    • E-Card for GSIS
    • ID of IBP
    • ID for LTOPF
    • Clearance from the NBI
    • ID number for OWWA
    • The passport
    • Identification card (National ID) of the Philippines
    • A police clearance is required
    • ID number for PRC
    • Address proof in the Philippines
    • Card for PWD
    • Ticket for return
    • ID of the school
    • Registration for schools
    • Card for Senior Citizens
    • Special Power of Attorney
    • SSS ID
    • Card for UMID
    • Voter’s ID

    The next step is to enter the ID number after you have selected the ID type. For verification, upload or take a photo of your valid ID. To confirm that the ID card belongs to you, take a selfie. Once you’re done, click Next.

    Please check the box to agree to the Terms and Conditions. To finish signing up, click Submit. Congratulations! Your Globe SIM has been successfully registered.

    If you’re unsure whether your Globe SIM is registered, don’t worry. Check via the Globe portal, Globe app, or by contacting their support. To check if your Globe SIM has been successfully registered, follow these steps:

    Check with Globe One app sim registration:

    1. Log in to your Globe One account using the Globe One app.
    2. You can find your phone number next to it. Your registration status will be displayed.

    You can check the Globe SIM Portal here:

    1. Visit the globe.com.ph sim registration page.
    2. Please enter your 10-digit Globe number.
    3. Your phone will send you an OTP that you must verify.
    4. You will see “Whoops!” if you are registered. “You are already registered.” Follow the registration steps if it says “Next steps.”.

    Globe Stores:

    1. Find a Globe store near you.
    2. Tell them you want to check the status of your new Globe registration sim.
    3. In addition to your name, address, and ID number, they will ask for your name.
    4. You will then be informed whether or not you have been registered.

    The registration process differs for Postpaid and Platinum users:

    Postpaid SIMs: To register, download the GlobeOne App or visit a Globe Store.

    Platinum SIMs: Contact your account manager for assistance.

    Registration for LTE at home

    Users of LTE at Home:

    1. Visit the Globe LTE at Home Registration Portal.
    2. Please enter your account information.
    3. Upon submission, you will receive a confirmation email.

    Check if your LTE at Home service is registered with the code “SIMREG”. There is no need to log in to the Globe website or app!

    Sending an SMS is as follows:

    To open your messaging app, follow these steps:

    • Open the messaging app on your phone.

    Type the Message:

    • Please enter the following format: SIMREG <ACCOUNT NUMBER> <WIRELESS LANDLINE>.
    • Please replace <ACCOUNT NUMBER> with your Globe account number.
    • Replace <WIRELESS LANDLINE> with your Globe wireless landline number.
    • SMS 268204 with the message.

    Confirm:

    • Your LTE at Home service will be confirmed by a text message.
    1. Locate the nearest Globe store or retailer.
    2. Shop at the store.
    3. Tell the person you want to register your Globe SIM card.
    4. Please provide them with your ID and any other documents they may need.
    5. To fill out a form, they might ask for details like your full name, city, postal code, and other information.
    6. To complete the registration process, answer all their questions.
    7. A confirmation message will appear on your SIM card after you’ve registered.
    8. Insert your SIM card and begin using Globe customer service once it has been verified.

    To change your Globe SIM details, follow these steps:

    1. You can visit the Globe SIM website at new.globe.com.ph/simreg.
    2. Under the box where you enter your number, click “View or edit your details.”.
    3. Please enter your 11-digit mobile number.
    4. Change the details you need by clicking “Update Information”:
    • The name
    • ID
    • The address
    • Other information you may have
    • Click the submit button after you have confirmed your changes.
    • Your registered mobile number will receive a confirmation code (OTP).
    • Your details will be updated once you enter the OTP.

    You can check your Globe load and data balance using the GlobeOne app by downloading and signing in to see your balance. Alternatively, you can dial *143# and select “Balance Inquiry,” text BAL to 8080 for a quick reply, call 211 to hear your balance through customer service, or log into your account on https://www.globe.com.ph. Each method is quick, free, and available anytime.

    • Globe At Home Prepaid WiFi kits are available online or in stores.
    • Set up the modem and plug it in according to the instructions.
    • To set up your WiFi account, download the Globe One App.
    • You can register a SIM card by entering your WiFi mobile number and clicking the “Register SIM” button.
    • Enter your name, birthday, gender, address, and nationality.
    • Upload a valid ID and a selfie.
    • Tap “Submit” once you have agreed to the terms.
    • An OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to you. Verify it by entering it.
    • A reference number will appear. Make a copy for your records.
    • A confirmation message will be sent to you after verification.

    Follow these steps if you already use Globe WiFi:

    1. Get the GlobeOne app for your phone.
    2. Your prepaid WiFi account needs to be created.
    3. Enter your modem’s number into the app.
    4. To register and verify, click Register and follow the instructions.
