How to Pasaload for Smart in Philippines (2025)

Using Smart, Globe, TNT and TM networks in the Philippines, Jarry has compiled a new guide on how to ‘Pasaload’!
What is PASALOAD or Share A Load?
In the Philippines, ‘PASALOAD’ (pass a load) is used between friends, family or loved ones to transfer part of their load balance. It is interchangeably used with ‘Share a Load’, depending on whom you speak with.
In the Philippines, there are all mobile networks that offer PASALOAD, which was designed to allow people to stay connected if they were far from reloading stations.
Today, you can purchase load online any time of day or night through top-up sites such as Ding, but PASALOAD is still an extremely popular way for locals to support their families.
PASALOAD Features Benefits
Easy to do:
You need to keep in touch with a loved one who is running out of credit? Sharing a load takes only a few taps, and the load is received instantly. In the next section, we’ll show you how easy it is next section.
Received instantly:
The PASALOAD is almost always received instantly, regardless of the time, if you both have a phone signal.
Low cost:
PASALOAD for Smart Load costs P1 per transaction.
Nevertheless, if you’re planning to do multiple PASALOADs, it may make more sense to send load directly to their number using Ding, which does not charge any fees.
How to PASALOAD Smart to Smart/TNT
It is possible to send a Smart PASALOAD across Smart, Talk N Text, SunCellular, and even Smart Bro networks. In addition, the PASALOAD feature works the reverse way, from any of the above networks, sending to a Smart number. The following options can be followed.
Option 1: Smart credit from Pasaload
Option 2: Pasaload Smart promo packages
How to share a load Globe to Globe/TM
The Globe used to offer the option of sharing load with Globe or Touch Mobile numbers, similar to the Smart PASALOAD. You could also do this if you wanted to share a load from TM to Globe.
Globe has ceased offering this functionality as of December 1, 2022. If you are looking to purchase load for someone in the Philippines, you can do so through Ding.
Things to remember:
- A PASALOAD transaction costs P1, which is paid for by the sender.
- Load validity depends on the operator and amount sent. Smart validity periods can be found here.
- PASALOAD is only available between phone numbers on the same network. You cannot PASALOADĀ from Smart to Globe networks.
- The PASALOADĀ steps above are only for prepaid networks.

If you are running out of credit, you can always use Ding to request load directly from someone rather than using PASALOAD. As a result, you’ll receive load that’s valid for 365 days, without any transaction fees.
With Ding, you will receive the load instantly, just like with a PASALOAD.
It’s easy to request a load. To request a load, click the button below, enter your details, and share the link with the recipient.
